**What is the job?**:

- Product Management is one of the most critical roles in the company. You’ll be helping drive the product roadmap, managing the innovative projects that give us our competitive edge to grow our success. You’ll be working with a global Product/Engineering team that includes members in Brazil, the United States, Italy, Spain, Ireland, and more. It’s a chance to make a difference in learners’ lives around the world, while gaining mastery over a sophisticated and complex system. And there’s plenty of room for growth in the future.
- You'll partner with an Engineering Lead and Product Designer to manage the full lifecycle of features and improvements in Voxy’s Admin products. You'll support these two core product lines:

- Program Management: Customers today have access to administrative tools in the Voxy Command Center as well as a variety of available integrations (including API, SAML, OIDC, and LTI). You'll be responsible for understanding the needs of both internal and external program managers in order to drive a roadmap supporting the business critical functions of user enrollment, license management, and delivery reporting data. Content Publishing: Voxy's learning experience uses a state-of-the-art publishing platform to enable trained educators to transform real-world content into learning activities. This team is actively upgrading the platform to drive innovation and operational efficiency. The Content Transformation Center uses the latest NLP workflows to process the data consumed by our other product groups serving learning activities directly to our students.
- In addition to managing your stream's sprint-by-sprint development, you'll: Use data and insights to identify and prioritize the most impactful roadmap to drive business and product strategy in your product areasDevelop internal and external documentation, training, and enablement initiatives for both technical and non-technical audiences Partner with Product Support to work directly with both new and existing customers to find and implement the best tools for their program needs.
- DevOpsOur DevOps roadmap is organized around two pillars: maintaining platform security, particularly compliance with enterprise customer expectations and improving developer efficiency on a path towards continuous integration and delivery. You'll support the team in quarterly planning, goal setting and measurement and provide project management support as needed.

**What are we looking for?**:

- Someone kind, patient, collaborative, and fun to work with every day
- 2+ years of experience working in product management
- Experience working on technical products with developer or IT users including data pipelines, APIs, SSO, or other integrations
- Experience working with Agile processes, sprints, tickets, Jira, standups, retros, etc
- Someone who can communicate clearly, who can translate technical information to others, and who can skillfully manage teammates and stakeholders
- Startup mindset - ability to work fast, independently, and proactively
- English fluency, including excellent writing skills. All team-wide and company-wide communication is in English.

**What else would be nice to have**:

- Spanish fluency
- Background or interest in EdTech, language learning, or education in general
- Experience with metrics and analytics platforms (we use Tableau)
- Working knowledge of SQL
- Interest or experience in new ML technologies
