**This position will be part of the Vaccines Marketing Team with responsibility for developing and implementing marketing tactics. In this role, you will collaborate with the rest of the team and stakeholders across the organization in a wide range of activities. The role provides the opportunity to learn about product management in the pharmaceutical industry, including market assessment, market segmentation, market development, disease state strategy through leader engagement, market access/reimbursement, product strategy and positioning, forecasting, promotion, channel strategies, resource allocation, and performance monitoring.**:
**The Marketing Analyst will work closely with the Business Unit and Senior Product Manager and collaborate with policy, market access, commercial operations, and our digital transformation organization.**:
**Key responsibilities include and are not limited to the following**:

- ** Leverage a customer-centric approach to develop product strategies and tactics.**:

- ** Support launch preparation and readiness reviews.**:

- ** Participate in meetings with key external stakeholders, customers, and scientific leaders.**:

- ** Accountability for expense management and performance monitoring.**:

- ** Establish, monitor, adjust, and achieve key business outcomes.**:

- ** Effectively work with local and regional cross-functional partners, including market access, policy, medical affairs, regulatory affairs, manufacturing, legal, and compliance, to successfully navigate the internal and external environment.**:

- ** Develop a comprehensive understanding of the Vaccines category, including in-depth competitor assessments, to identify best practices and propose innovative/alternative methods to deliver value to patients, providers, and customers.**:

- ** Primary marketing team interface with Market Research (GMRA), responsible for providing input on the design and execution of research.**:
