**Job Overview**
The Marketing Specialist is responsible for key project that support growth in the next years. The job includes the coordination of multi-functional teams to complete the project on time and within scope. The Marketing Specialist will lead the development of different initiatives, set deadlines, delegate responsibilities, oversee all aspects of the plan and prepare status reports for upper management. The position reports to the Country Manager
**Essential Functions**
- Coordinate internal resources and required vendors for the execution of projects
- Guarantee that all initiatives are delivered on-time, within scope and budget
- Build a comprehensive project plan to track progress
- Report milestones to management as needed
- Manage the relationship with clients and all involved stakeholders
- Meet with clients to understand specific requirements and metrics of each project
- Delegate tasks to different departments and follow-up on progress
- Define technical requirements for project client deliveries
- Lead the design of the client solution along with the Technology and Commercial teams
- Develop leadership skills
- Be effective in involving and engaging other departments and teams in the importance of the project and related tasks
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's Degree
- Previous experience in knowledge in real estate matters, retail and georeferencing is a plus
- Outstanding client-facing and internal communication competences
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to influence multi-functional teams
- Advaced English level
