Data Conversion Service se encuentra en búsqueda de un Adminsitrador de IT Service Management (ServiceNow) para importante institución educativa. Esta posición de soporte, administración de sistemas y desarrollo estará basada dentro de un equipo de proyecto encargado de la implementación, configuración y administración de la plataforma de Gestión de Servicios ITSM en la plataforma ServiceNow.
- Administrar la plataforma de ServiceNow de la Institución.
- Crear páginas de portal de servicio únicas y widgets.
- Supervisar el desarrollo de la solución de ServiceNow de acuerdo con las mejores prácticas de la industria para garantizar el cumplimiento del sistema.
- Determinar, registrar y rastrear fallas de software.
- Participar en Pruebas de Acceso del Usuario (UAT) para obtener comentarios del Equipo UAT, propietarios de procesos ITIL y clientes.
- Controlar conjuntos de actualizaciones para la transferencia de la base de código a entornos de prueba y producción.
- Supervisar la administración, planificación y mantenimiento de ServiceNow.
- Coordinar proveedores para fallas del producto ServiceNow.
- Crear nuevos procedimientos y flujos de trabajo de ServiceNow basado en el análisis y la especificación de requisitos.
- Administración, mantenimiento y soporte de procesos y funcionalidades existentes, y desarrollo de nuevos procesos de acuerdo con las mejores prácticas de ITSM y utilizando ServiceNow.

Integración con integraciones externas y fuentes de datos, pruebas unitarias, desarrollo de métricas e informes, y entrega de documentación técnica como: Políticas, Materiales de Capacitación y Guías de Usuario.
- El rol comenzará con (pero no se limitará a) el desarrollo de los siguientes módulos de ServiceNow: Gestión de Incidentes, Problemas y Cambios, Configuración (CMDB), Gestión del Conocimiento, Cumplimiento de Solicitudes, Catálogo de Servicios.

**Requisitos**:

- Formación: Ing. Informático o carreras afines
- Experiência 3 a 4 años en cargos similares.
- Experiência en configuración y desarrollo de ServiceNow EXCLUYENTE.
- Conocimiento en ITIL, tecnologías web, trabajo con bases de datos y sistemas de infraestructura (Active Directory, Single Sign On, etc.)
- Experiência en todos o la mayoría de los siguientes elementos listados a continuación: Scripting (glide y javascript). Configuración de CMDB, Configuración de Flujo de Trabajo/Aprobación/Proceso, Configuración de Gestión de Contenidos, Configuración de Servicios Web.
