We are searching the best talent for a Project Manager LATAM to be located in Sao Paulo, Brazil, or Buenos Aires, Argentina, or Santiago de Chile or Bogota, Colombia or Mexico City (Relocation Not Applicable).

**Role Summary**:
The LATAM Supply Chain PM Area Manager will be responsible to lead discussions with a Cross-Functional Team in towards to execute Regional Projects related, but not limited to Portfolio Management (Rationalization, Life Cycle, GP Improvement) under Medical Devices Business.

**Main Responsibilities**:
Play the role of LATAM Portfolio Management Review Leader, being responsible to: Assess and assure management of product portfolio health in the region in partnership with Business and Finance Connect with global, regional, and local organizations to assure alignment and accurate Portfolio Management Strategies in towards to reduce complexity (Rationalization) and GP Improvement Ensure Periodic Business Case to evaluate Portfolio Health according to Product Performance Segmentation (Thanos Quadrants) Assure the rationalization product transitions are well-planned and executed Ensure connection of PMR Discussion to IBP (S&OP) Cycle in LATAM (Regional and Cluster Level) Maintaining and communicating plans for transitions across markets Ensure Governance and Communication Plan in place for the region

**Qualifications**:
**Qualifications**: Professional degree: Engineering/ Pharmacy, Supply Chain & Logistics, Business, or related courses. Project Management related certifications or experience. 6-8 years’ experience in Pharmaceutical or Medical Devices Industry (At least 5 years Managing Projects) Knowledge of project management with the E2E approach, which will be key to integrate cross-functional teams and drive execution.
