**Qualifications**:
**Minimum Qualifications**
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field AND 5+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software
- 5+ years experience working in a customer-facing role (e.g., internal and/or external).
- 5+ years experience working on technical projects.
- Technical certifications in cloud (e.g., Azure, Amazon Web Services, Google, security certifications).
- Deep experience in enterprise-level cloud and hybrid infrastructures, DevOps principles, platform engineering, and solution design. Skilled in development using.NET, Java, JavaScript/Node.js, or Python and associated frameworks.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, including executive presence, strong influencing skills with customers regardless of authority, and proven experience leading end-to-end transformational processes.

**Preferred Qualifications (PQs)**
- 15+ years technical experience in network design, development, and automation
- OR Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Optical Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology,
- OR related field AND 12+ years technical experience in network design, development, and automation
- OR Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Optical Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology,
- OR related field AND 8+ years technical experience in network design, development, and automation
- OR Doctorate Degree in Electrical Engineering, Optical Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology,
- OR related field AND 5+ years technical experience in network design, development, and automation. 3+ years experience delivering network designs into production and experience with live site accountability for a network. 1+ year(s) experience developing
