The Global Customer Success (GCS) organization is leading the effort to create the desired customer experience through support offer creation, driving digital transformation across our tools, and delivering operational excellence across CE&S.

Microsoft’s CCX (Culture and Cloud eXperience) team is looking for a Cloud Solution Architect (CSA) with a focus on DevOps, data engineering, SCRUM, and automation development. This role requires a balance of advanced technology and strategic business acumen, as well as an awareness of market and industry trends, and ongoing personal and professional development. The CSA role is primarily focused on the delivery of high-quality IT services and requires deep process and IT Operations, DevOps, data engineering, and automation development experience. In addition, a broad set of technical skills and knowledge with the ability to map business problems to the appropriate technology and process-based solutions. Responsibilities include developing, releasing, and operating automation and enablement solutions; managing and maintaining accurate data architecture; quality assurance of solutions; leading and/or participating in fast-paced SCRUM team. Success is measured by quality of delivery, impact of solution, and organization feedback and integration.

This role is flexible in that you can work up to 50% from home.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with appropriate stakeholders across teams to assess data requirements and costs, and negotiate agreements with partners and system owners to align on project delivery and data ownership.
- Lead the design of a data model that is appropriate for the project, and prepare design specification documents to model the flow and storage of data for a data pipeline.
- Enact Scrum in the Scrum Teams and the organization, helping others to understand Scrum, and coaching team members in self-management and cross-functionality.
- Help the Scrum Team focus on creating high-value Increments that meet the Definition of Done, and cause the removal of impediments to the Scrum Team''s progress.
- Ensure that all Scrum events take place and are positive, productive, and kept within the timebox.
- Maximize the value and success of the product by developing and explicitly communicating the Product Goal, creating and clearly communicating Product Backlog items, and ordering Product Backlog items.
- Collaborate with appropriate stakeholders across teams to assess data requirements and costs, and negotiate agreements with partners and system owners to align on project delivery and data ownership.
- Use various DevOps tools and strategies to provision and manage infrastructure, automate processes, perform system administration, and manage security.
- Serve as the main collaborator between multiple teams, including development and operations teams, to balance the needs and goals of all teams and find solutions that enable everyone to do their best work.

**Qualifications**:
**Required/Minimum Qualifications**
- Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field AND 6+ years experience in technology solutions, practice development, architecture, consulting, and/or cloud/infrastructure technologies
- OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field AND 8+ years experience in technology solutions, practice development, architecture, consulting, and/or cloud/infrastructure technologies
