Your Responsibilities:_**
The Oncology Franchise Manager will lead the strategic planning, marketing, and sales efforts for our oncology and hemato-oncology portfolio. This role involves managing cross-functional teams, developing and executing business plans, launching new products, developing the sales force, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets and market share growth while effectively managing the budget.

- Develop and implement strategic business plans for the oncology franchise.
- Lead and manage the oncology sales team.
- Drive the development and execution of marketing campaigns and sales initiatives.
- Lead the launch of new oncology & hemato-oncology products, indications and line extensions, ensuring successful market entry and growth.
- Develop and train the sales force to enhance their effectiveness and performance.
- Coordinate actions and resources to include oncology and hemato-oncology products in private and public baskets in Chile, Ecuador, and Peru.

**Basic Qualifications**:
We are looking for professionals with these characteristics to achieve our goals:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering or other commercial careers.
- Experience of launch preparation and successful launch of Oncology products across solid tumours and hematology. Experience in driving the growth of an oncology portfolio.
- Written and spoken fluency in English and Spanish.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills, all focused in driving business performance.
- Business acumen and demonstrated ability to think strategically, quickly appreciate the differing perspectives in each situation and achieve the best possible.
- Ability to influence teams via leadership and making a real impact in business.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
However, if you have the following, it would be a plus
- Master’s degree in marketing or Sales.
