**Your Role**
- As a Medical Manager for Oncology, you will provide essential medical and scientific expertise in the oncology field.
- You will ensure clinical support for business strategies while building relationships with key opinion leaders and medical societies.
- Your role includes developing and executing medical strategies that align with both global and local plans, and reviewing promotional materials for regulatory compliance.
- You will also plan and deliver educational programs on oncology, identifying opportunities for evidence generation through real-world data.
- Additionally, you will support internal teams with medical accuracy across initiatives.
**Who You Are**
- You hold a medical degree (MD) or an advanced scientific degree, ideally in oncology.
- Previous experience as a Medical Science Liaison (MSL) is highly preferred, along with pharmaceutical industry experience.
- You possess strong knowledge of oncology and its management, with advanced English skills and strong scientific communication in Spanish.
- You work effectively in multidisciplinary environments and are willing to travel up to 20% of the time.
- You demonstrate an ethical mindset, strategic thinking, and a results-oriented approach, coupled with strong interpersonal skills.
