- OBJETIVO DEL CARGO
- Entregar soluciones y repuestas a los clientes de los equipos, visualizando la operatividad de estos con una visión en la mejora continua que permita representar el alto compromiso de la Compañía con Nuestros Clientes. Adicionalmente, se requiere desarrollar las labores diarias con visión de alcanzar la excelencia operativa del Área de Technical Support.
- DEBERES Y RESPONSABILIDADES DEL CARGO
- Proveer de un alto de experiência técnica en el área de Procesos, para entregar soluciones a: Consultas técnicas, Fallas de los equipos, Incidentes técnicos, Conocimiento en procesos, Operación y Mantenimiento. A través de visitas a terreno, uso de Servicios digitales y remotos.
- Asesorar la correcta instalación de nuestros productos y realizar mediciones de control de Procesos en equipos que apliquen.
- Entregar recomendaciones de Mejoras a las Líneas de Productos. Registrar adecuadamente cualquier antecedente que permita la mejora continua.
- Levantar nuevas oportunidades de negocios, derivar a Líneas comerciales y llevar registro de éstas.
- Coordinar visitas técnicas (mantener actualizado programa de asesorías, recopilar documentación y emitir informes de visitas realizadas).
- Soporte a los contratos de consignación en toma de inventario, asesorías incluidas en estos contratos y mantener actualizada la Base Instalada de Equipos.
- Informarse y tener siempre presente las recomendaciones de seguridad, de cada minera y tener continuamente una actitud de alerta frente a los riesgos inherentes del lugar de trabajo. Incluyendo el traslado a faenas.
- Participación en reuniones y visitas a Sitio, para el manejo de Reclamos y Garantías técnicas de los clientes, junto al Área de IMS.
- Participar como entrenador, tanto interno como externo, en capacitaciones técnicas de la Línea de Producto.

**Perfil deseado**:

- REQUISITOS
- Titulados/as de Ingeniería en Metalurgia (especialidad mantenimiento y montajes).
- Mínimo 3 años en el rubro minero (Procesos) o mínimo 5 años en productos asociados.
- Formación (Conocimientos deseables*; No Excluyentes):

- En procesos mineros.
- En hidráulica.
- Conocimiento Metrología.
- Montajes de equipos.
- Interpretación de documentación gráfica.
- Computación, Office nível usuario (Excel, Word).
- Análisis de Fallas.
