**Resumen del puesto**:
Instala, depura y proporciona mantenimiento técnico para hardware y software de productos y componentes, principalmente en las instalaciones del cliente. Proporciona inspección programada, limpieza y otros servicios y realiza reparaciones menores de productos dentro de un territorio asignado. Inspecciona los productos para su correcto funcionamiento y resuelve los problemas observados y/o escala de acuerdo con el procedimiento establecido. Programa los servicios, completa toda la documentación requerida y trabaja con los clientes para garantizar la satisfacción con la prestación del servicio y la comprensión de la funcionalidad del producto.

**Principales responsabilidades**:

- Gana familiaridad con las prácticas y procedimientos de Field Service Technician
- Con orientación y / o en conjunto con técnicos más experimentados realiza cualquiera o todos los siguientes: Manejo de incidentes
- Utiliza herramientas de diagnóstico para realizar la resolución de problemas a través de un análisis detallado de fallas de hardware y software
- Realiza reparaciones de hardware a nível de componente
- Limpia y ajusta componentes mecánicos
- Configura e instala el software aplicable. Mantenimiento preventivo
- Realiza comprobaciones rutinarias de acuerdo con procedimientos documentados
- Recarga los consumibles según las indicaciones
- Se requiere que sepa trabajar bajo presion.
- Ser responsable del equipo, herramental y repuestos asignados.

**Cualificaciones necesarias**:

- Al menos 1 año de experiência en un puesto similar o reparación mecánica electrónica
- Disponibilidad para viajar dentro de Chile para capacitaciones, etc.
- Egresados de carreras técnicas, mecatronica, electronica
- Conocimiento en computacion y redes informaticas.
- Licencia de conducir vigente (deseable)
- Experiência en atencion a clientes.
