Position Name: EYS After School Activities Coordinator
Reports to: Acting EYS Coordinator (Carolina Correa)
Time commitment: (Part - time) Monday to Friday from 12:30 - 4:30

**About the position**
The Early Years School ASA Coordinator plays a vital role in researching, developing, recruiting,
hiring, and implementing high-quality afterschool programs that align with the school’s mission and
vision, meet the demands of the community, and help the broader program to achieve its
school-wide goals.

Experience in similar roles- High level of English proficiency required
- High level of Spanish proficiency required

**Main Duties and Responsibilities**
Lead a diverse and enriching after-school program for EYS students.- Supervise instructors to ensure the highest quality offerings.
- Coordinate with the Director of Students Activities for continuous improvement.
- Recruit and hire dedicated and talented educators to lead a diverse array of activities.
- Ensure all safety and child protection protocols are met and exceeded.
- Construct the database of course offerings on the ASA registration system.
- Manage the registration system.
- Maintain a comprehensive budget and plan for future equipment and costs needs.
- Communicate effectively with parents, students, staff, and administration in both English
- and Spanish.- Administer annual surveys to the community to gather data and feedback on the program.
- Coordinate with transportation for late busing services.
