JOB PURPOSE_

Leads a high-performance Planning and Inventory Management team for Levi’s and Dockers brands, by managing internal and external relationships in a diverse, sometimes ambiguous environment to plan the correct product with the correct flow, monitors on floor performance for Core and Seasonal products, meets sales target and drives the demand shaping to revenue targets, while optimizing the brands portfolio, manages the correct inbound flow to ensure business continuity by following a correct inventory strategy and coordinating cross functional roles.

Ensures to request the correct amount of product and inventory at PC and size level at all retail and wholesale stores in order to comply and exceed the AP.

- Successful partnerships with DTC Ops, WS Sales team, Customer Service, Resource Planning, SSM and Distribution to ensure a streamlined single contact feeling for Brand partners.
- High performance on imports process in terms of cost and speed, having a good knowledge of international trade practices for Chile, Peru and Bolivia countries

- KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES_
- Coordinates planning to develop Seasonal and annual Plans for Category/Division that are aligned with the financial objectives of the Business.
- Manages the finished goods planning for a 70M USD business, supporting Chile, Peru & Bolivia
- Partnership with Commercial team to develop plans by consumer segment that are aligned to the financial annual objectives, built by historical data.
- Inform Commercial Head about Inventory levels through turns metric and propose strategies to align inventories to the AP targets through scenarios.
- Executes inventory strategies to the SKU level to minimize financial investment in work-in-process and finished goods while attaining order fill rate targets
- Ensure the correct supply on the retail and wholesale stores through the levels required and check inventory weeks, sales and sales trends to keep the correct supply levels.
- Coordinates PO issuance and production tracking for 1,000 codes per season, 40 global vendors - 18 different countries (Asia, America and Europe)
- Provide and communicate historical data by division, sub/division and category to positively influence future seasons.
- Recommend and present promotions, drops, follow ups or any other action based on the seasonal trend of the business.
- Responsible to create sales annual plan by division and category that incorporate the company business financial plan by season.
- Check the weekly store supply, sales, trends and inventory levels.
- Responsible to analyze report and communicate historical data by department to influence future seasons.
- Responsible to project EOM inventories for each style at PC9/size level and create the necessary strategies to ensure a correct inventory.
- Analyze monthly reports to ensure the inventory level targets according to the AP.
- Responsible for correct and on time allocation for Mainline and Outlet stores according to sales performance and capacity.
- Responsible to optimize transportation costs and lead times for imported goods according to LS&Co standards.
- Coordinate 3PL, forwarders and local customs partners to improve the inbound flow according to business demand.

Key Relationships: Director and Manager level primarily, in Regional Leadership Team, Planning, Merchandising, Customer Order Management, DTC Ops, SSM, Resource Planning & Distribution Center.

Direct Reports: 4 people

Indirect Reports: 6 people
- JOB REQUIREMENTS_

Education: Bachelor’s degree in business or relevant equivalent experience. Desired APICs certification a plus and/or coursework in planning theory and concepts.

Experience: 5+ years general operations/business background: 3+ year experience in Retail/Department StoreBusiness - apparel or consumer packaged goods preferred, 3 year min experience in Ad Hoc Reporting
