**What the Role Delivers**

**K**ey **Responsibilities**:

- In order of relative importance_
- Collaborate with account managers and country leads to develop a robust digital sale pipeline closing adequate deals to generate budgeted annual recurring revenue
- Drive productive prospecting, system demonstration, client trials and subscription deal flow in collaboration with commercial teams
- Assisting with the initial configuration and implementation of digital products
- Collaborate with client success manager to delivering user training and documentation
- Generating user acceptance test plans and monitor their signoff
- Providing close support in the go-live phase and annual account performance reviews
- Identify upsell/cross sell opportunities
- Understand client processes regarding technology topics and derives related requirements in alignment with digital product owner
- Ensure continuous information exchange with product management about customer specific engineering topics

**What the Job Requires**
- Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent
- Ability to travel up to 33%
- Competency in MS Office/365 and CRM

**What to Have Done and Know How to Do**
- These skills and experiences are highly desirable; however, they do not preclude exceptions based on an individual’s performance history and demonstrated potential. _
- 2+ years of experience in a sales, client success/service or project management role for a technology company or division (preferably SaaS)
- Proven ability to manage a portfolio of accounts with keen prioritization and multi-tasking abilities
- Exceptional interpersonal skills; have the unique ability to talk technical details, ROI/value creation and business strategy in the same conversation
- Strong technical aptitude and respect for processes but be adaptable through change
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail
- Customer-centric mentality; ability to empathize and build client relationships
- Ability to think creatively and be a persistent problem solver

**Local Details**
- Remote or Hybrid role based in Chile
- Must be fluent in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus
