Position Name: Assistant Equipment and Sports Spaces Coordinator
Reports to: Director of Student Activities & Athletics
Time commitment: Full-time

**About the position**
Assist with the management and daily setup needs of the PE/Athletics program, supporting the
co-curricular program requirements and related events.

**Preferred Qualifications and Experiences**
Experience as a PE teacher, coach, or organizing sports and events.- Ideally some post-training professional specialized vision.
- Intermediate level of English proficiency required.
- High level of Spanish proficiency required.

**Main Duties and Responsibilities**
Assist with equipment distribution and retrieval for PE classes, practices, tournaments, and

games.
- Help manage and organize supplies, equipment, and uniforms/coaches’ gear.
- Ensure proper facility preparation and setup for PE classes, practices, games, and events.
- Ensure proper use of equipment and facilities, reporting any concerns immediately to the
- supervisor.- Observing any potential danger areas or health and safety concerns.
- Support the FEM (Facilities and Equipment Manager) by updating equipment inventories,
- storing equipment in an organized fashion.- Ensure that all equipment is maintained and kept in a clean and good condition, meeting all
- safety standards.- Performs other job-related duties as assigned by supervisor
