- Build a strong team with a clear focus on the internal clients (HR; Ops;, Commercial) - consultation
- Work with Procurement Sector and Market Teams to build standard “umbrella” agreements/contracts along with the Legal and finance teams.
- In a VUCA environment, act as a change agent.
**Qualifications/Requirements**:
- Bachelor Degree in Administration, Engineering or Economy. International Commerce
- Graduado, scope amplio de carreras - 2/3 años de experiência en Compras/Demand Planning/Comercio Exterior - contacto con diferentes área/negociación interna
- Leadership and management of results-oriented teams, good interpersonal skills to manage a small team.
- English Intermediate
- Good negotiation skills with high degree of integrity.
