El equipo Comercial de Nourish se encuentra en la búsqueda de profesionales de las carreras relacionadas con Marketing, Administración de Empresas, o similar para sumarse como **Customer Service Representative, **reportando al **Customer Service Lead.**
**Principales responsabilidades**:
- Recibir los pedidos y estimados realizados por los clientes y registrar los mismos según las políticas descriptas en los procedimientos de Ventas-Customer Service.
- Atender todo tipo de modificaciones requeridas por el cliente en relación a pedidos, como también satisfacer las necesidades del mismo en lo que refiere a documentación necesaria para la operatoria.
- Realizar el seguimiento de cada pedido durante todo el proceso de abastecimiento. (Compras, Planificación, Producción, Calidad, Despacho y Comercio Exterior cuando lo requiera.) y gestionar reclamos de clientes con área de calidad, hasta el cierre de este, en caso de ser necesario.
- Generación de Estudios de Producción en casos de variaciones de consumo, como también la confección de New Wins en caso de nuevos negocios. Seguimiento de ambos procesos para el cumplimiento en tiempo y forma. Realizar seguimiento a Producción y Planeamiento y dar feedback al cliente.
- Creación y Mantenimiento de Datos Maestro en Softland que permitan una operatoria normal en la organización. Clientes, Materiales, Clientes/Materiales, Precios, etc.
- Mantenimiento mensual de precios.
- Colaboración con ejecutivos de Ventas en referencia a Reportes de Ventas, confección de Estimados de Ventas, asistencia para definición de cifras para reporte Mid Month

Your mission will be to lead, coach and develop the customer service team. We are looking for a Customer Service Manager with Manufacturing experience to join our talented team of 5 Customer Service dedicated representatives, coordinating with both internal and external customers for the Taste segment North America.
The role of the team is to create and maintain sustainable client-centered relationships with our customers. This is a very interesting and diverse role in one of our fastest-growing locations. This is a challenging role requiring a hands-on, pro-active self-starter that learns quickly and gets things done while guiding this team to success.
**Job Requirements**:
**How you will spend your time**:
- You will supervise, coach and support the team that has to ensure customer satisfaction in a good balance within our organization.
- Build strong relationships with Account Managers and customers
- Follow up on escalation of critical sales orders, customer complaints, QC issues
- Liaise closely with other departments to resolve issues and potential bottlenecks
- Monitor order fulfillment process
- Trouble shooting and reporting as needed

**Required Experience**
- 7-10 years of relevant Customer Service experience including 3-5 as manager or a similar position, in a multinational company
- A Bachelor degree is preferred
- MS Office products (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) are required along ERP database experience
