Virtual Customer Service Representative

**Laser Vascular Center** is seeking virtual customer service representatives to join our medical call center. Main duties include answering patient questions, setting up appointments, verifying insurances, and handling high call volumes.
The starting pay for this position is between $400-$700 a month depending on experience. There is opportunity for raises based on job performance. This is a great opportunity for a long term job in the medical field with opportunity for growth.
**Requirements**:
- **Fluent in English and Spanish **(verbal and written communication skills)
- Strong data entry skills with **attention to detail**:
- Previous experience in customer service or related field preferred
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers and provide excellent service
- Experience in the Medical field preferred.
- **Reliable internet** connection
