**About the Role**:
Lidera al equipo en la ejecución de trabajos transaccionales de salud e higiene del Asset, asegurando su cumplimiento con procesos seguros y de calidad.

Principales **Responsabilidades**:

- Dirige, entrena y guía a los miembros del equipo para asegurar la entrega respecto a los objetivos de rendimiento.
- Monitorea las expectativas, la comprensión y aplicación de procesos de HSE Execution dentro del equipo para apoyar el cumplimiento de los requisitos locales, regionales y documentos nível de grupo (OR).
- Lidera la implementación y seguimiento de la eficacia de las iniciativas de su área con el apoyo de Health Regional
- Coordina, gestiona y asegura los planes de reducción de expuestos a agentes de riesgos por área.
- Coordina, gestiona y asegura la correcta atención de salud desde el proceso de promoción hasta el reintegro laboral.
- Supervisa y gestiona los contratos de salud bajo su rentabilidad.
- Asegura la calidad y confidencialidad de los procesos de salud e higiene
- Gestiona la ejecución del programa de aseguramiento de los datos bajo su responsabilidad.
- Verifica que sus reportes directos y contratistas de su área, comprendan el propósito y la funcionalidad de todos los controles críticos relevantes para su trabajo.
- Gestiona y supervisa la ejecución de los trabajos, bajo su responsabilidad, utilizando el proceso de Work Management de EMS, Flex y CORITY, incluyendo la ejecución de trabajos de apoyo para la renovación de licencias y permisos.
- Supervisa la ejecución del marco de gobernanza para los estándares, sistemas y procedimiento de HSE a nível del Asset.
- Opera bajo los estándares legales y corporativos y optimiza el contrato con la mutualidad vigente para las prestaciones ley y adicionales.
- Asegurar el adecuado seguimiento de todos los compromisos (KPI y KRI) a través de las herramientas del Sistema operativo de BHP (BOS)
- Participación en cierre de planes de acción de Auditorías Internas/Externas

**About You**:

- Profesional universitario titulado/a del área de salud o ingeniero/a civil.
- Experiência mínima de 5 años en cargos similares.
- Experiência en operación y administración de contratos en salud.
- Experiência demostrable en salud e higiene.
