Responsible for the strategic alignment between the Region and Industry for the corresponding Product Line, in this case Digital Services for all FLSmidth equipment installed in Process Plants.- Full responsible for designing and directing the successful execution of the Short, Medium and Long Term Regional Product Line Business Plan, including Product vision and roadmap.- Fully aligned to the reality and potential SAMER, executed through Aftermarket Teams in the Andes, South, and Amazon subregions.- Deploy the necessary regional strategies and initiatives to ensure competitiveness and product performance. Addressing all the corresponding points from the adequate supply to the timely delivery of the products, full on quality and full on time.- Guarantee the profitability of the product line according to the corporate expectation.- Continuously analyze regional competition and deliver market intelligence reports.- Address the regional installed base with targeted value offerings and Strategic Lifecycle initiatives.- Regionally align business standards, product pricing, and standard parts catalogs.- Coordinate, together with the marketing team, all initiatives to promote the product brand.- Promote Aftermarket technical and commercial management based on our "Life Cycle Supplier" approach, our strength of "Product/Process Knowledge" and our Productivity Provider N°1 strategy.- Other functions that are required for the development of the business.
