**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Customer Interaction**: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, taking orders, and providing product information in the customer's preferred language.
- **Sales and Marketing**: Identify customer needs, drive marketing campaigns, offer suitable products, negotiate prices, and meet or exceed sales targets.
- **Business Development**: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and implement strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones, and conduct market research to stay informed of industry trends and competitor activities.
- **Product Knowledge**: Continuously develop and maintain knowledge of current products, pricing, and forecasted purchasing needs.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of customer contacts, sales, and business development activities within the company systems.

- **Communication Skills**: Ability to clearly and persuasively obtain and provide information to customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.

- **Attention to Detail**: Strong ability to accurately process orders and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- **Bilingual Proficiency**: Fluent in English and Spanish (both spoken and written).
**Experience**:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service roles, or related fields.
- Experience in the food industry or a similar fast-paced environment.
**Education**:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- A degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
