Reporting to: O&M Contract Manager - Department: Legal - Job Location: Santiago, Chile - Travel Required: Occasional, to project sites in Chile **Company Overview** Mainstream is a global developer of utility scale wind and solar assets operating across Europe, the Americas, Asia and Africa The company is focused in delivering a high quality portfolio of wind and solar assets across high-growth markets in Latin America, Africa and Asia **Summary of Role** Andes Mainstream currently has 4 projects approaching the commencement of their operational phase, with an additional 6 projects expected to enter their operational phase within the next 18-24 months. **What you will do?** - You will collaborate with all internal departments involved in the day-to-day operation of our generation assets. - Manage all contractual aspects of the project's operations, overseeing and ensuring that operations are conducted according to the contracts and act proactively to detect and prevent contractual conflicts. - Attend regular meetings with first-tier Contractors, both remotely and on the Project Site. - Be the main point of contact for all internal departments for contractual issues regarding operational assets. - Channel formal contractual communication with Contractors. - Keep logs of contractual communication. - Liaise with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable teams to ensure that Contractor payments, both for regular and T&M services, are executed correctly and that revenue streams from certain aspects of the operation are correctly invoiced and paid. - Liaise with Asset Administration departments to ensure the operation of all projects is conducted in a manner consistent with our financing agreements. - Collaborate and liaise with construction teams during the final phases of construction to ensure a smooth transition of assets from Construction to Operation phases. - Collaborate occasionally with the Procurement team in drafting RFPs for new contractor tenders and provide input to the Legal Manager during Contract drafting. **What we require?** - A high standard of commitment with Safety and assuming safety as the top priority in all tasks and responsibilities. - Keen attention to detail is required, as well as a proven ability to work without constant supervision. - Soft skills are highly regarded for this position. - Advanced proficiency in Spanish and English languages, both written and spoken, is mandatory and will be assessed during recruitment. - Chilean Class B driver's license in good standing is required. - Occasional travel to Project Sites in Chile will be required. **What we offer?** We offer you the opportunity to work in a dynamic and entrepreneurial organization, a diverse workplace with regards to gender, age and cultural background in a growing market and a fast-paced industry.
