**JOB SUMMARY **:Lead and supervise the staff responsible for the accounting, budget and tax functions of the Subsidiary and other legal entities related to it. Oversee preparation and the submission of accurate and timely reports, which meet the requirements of various internal and external organizations. Oversee the installation of systems and processes and manage other functions such as HR for such activities as payroll, benefits, compensation and new employee orientations.
**PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:. The Sales Administrator III is responsible for the following:
2.Reviews the transaction summary in Unison system to insure accurate and complete information for documentation and booking purposes.
4.Uses Caterpillar Financial Services Corporation's (CFSC) software to create reports to track detailed sales information for review and comparison with headquarters' records.
5.Prepares sales analytical and statistical reports and ensure compliance of sales focus programs in customers/dealers financial leasing quotes.
6.Trains Sales Administrators on process, procedures and functions of the unit.
7.Provides leadership to a team of Sales Administrators and redistributes workload among the Sales Administrators based on assessment. Ensures work of the team is accurate and meets all process and procedural guidelines.
8.Participates in accomplishment of continuous improvement objectives for the department. Progress toward accomplishment of these is measured through maintenance of necessary measurements and analysis of associated data. Participates in the identification of problem areas and development of resolutions to address them.
**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:
1.Demonstrated knowledge of and ability to analyze situations and make recommendations using available data.
2.Proven ability to be goal-oriented, concentrating on results while being flexible and showing initiative.
3.Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain good interpersonal relationships, working effectively with others within and outside the company.
4.Demonstrated ability to train others to achieve department objectives.
5.Demonstrated ability to distribute workload and review work of others to ensure accuracy and completeness.
6.Ability to strive for quality as well as timeliness.
10.Demonstrated ability to effectively manage numerous tasks.
14.Ability to operate a telephone system, financial calculator, and desktop/laptop computers.
15.Demonstrated ability to prepare and maintain spreadsheets.
16.Use a typewriter and/or keyboard for 75% of the workday.
17.Working knowledge of Caterpillar products, CFSC and Caterpillar dealer processes.
18.Working knowledge of finance/leasing products, policies, and procedures.
19.Demonstrated knowledge of CFSC documentation procedures, billing and invoicing procedures.
20.Demonstrated knowledge of the leasing and remote document systems.
21.Ability and willingness to travel.
22.English Intermediate
**EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE**:
Requires a Bachelor Degree and a minimum of 2 years experience as a Sales Administrator or 4 years experience in a related position is recommended. Strong general office skills are required.
