Tech Delivery Specialist, Chile**

As a Tech Delivery Specialist, you’ll be part of a team of smart, highly skilled technologists who are passionate about providing front-line support to customers and individuals on our platforms.
**What you’ll do**
- Responsible for performing & overseeing global operations for our end-to-end workstation technology support for a large group of staff across Chile.
- Monitors team performance to ensure it aligns with service levels and end user expectations
- Leverages established tools to monitor SLA (Service Level Agreement) performance and end user satisfaction
- Manage administrative tasks such as invoicing management, Purchase Order creations, asset management.
- Engages with other teams and end users to identify issues and determine/implement solutions
**We’re looking for people who have**
- Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to effectively interface across cross-functional technology teams and the business
- 5+ in relevant workstation operations or engineering field
- 3+ in leadership role
- Ability to manage large teams and manage multiple priorities
- Minimum B.S. degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field
