About the role:
Coordinate the processing of sales orders from our customers, ensuring operational excellence through compliance in policies and KPIs, providing a high level of service to external and internal customers.
Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate the reception and processing of orders and their variants for the country and ensure that the processes in charge are aligned with the provisions of the Billing Policy and the different SOPs of the customer service area.
- Provide excel service to internal and external customers, maintaining a communication channel in both ways and providing information that allows the Sales and Supply areas to have the necessary information to take appropriate action when necessary and provide support with management of the reception and processing of sales orders from distributors
- Provide proper follow up along the sales flow of the orders among the interactions with cash and credit, regulatory, finance and quality areas, to expedite the process and timely delivery of orders to the logistics operator. Prepare weekly report for sales which includes the accumulated orders received by country, distributor, BU and channel, indicating the status of each one, as well as a detail of the unprocessed lines and their cause.
- Coordinate requests for Credit and Debit Notes, for cases and concepts that are derived directly from the billing process.
- Follow up on the different claims received and that correspond to Order Management, in cases that do not apply, transfer the request to the area and/or person responsible, including the issuer of the claim in question in the communication. File and custody of order files, each file must have the following documents: order, delivery, control, SAP invoice.
- The customer service specialist is responsible for coordinating the management of the area in charge and making decisions according to their hierarchical level, however, in the cases that are required, the Order Management supervisor must provide the necessary support and/or tools that help the development of management.
