KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Contribute to our sales efforts in Europe, helping to develop and shape our sales strategy, prospecting efforts, and drive the negotiations and customer closure for strategic, large, complex or highly competitive deals.
- Act as a trusted advisor to the global leadership team.
- Contribute to developing Reactive Reality’s value proposition and solutions.
- Drive revenue growth and platform adoption.
- Closely collaborate with key stakeholders across the organization, including our global sales team, and related regional and global stakeholders (Service Teams, Finance, Legal, etc.).

- Strong written and verbal English communication skills

Bachelor degree minimum, preferably in Computer Science, Business or related field; Masters’ Degree or further education will be advantageous.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Past success in negotiating and closing large, complex software deals.
- Strong experience in developing complex solutions with C-suite customers
Understanding of the technology (AR/VR) ecosystem.
- Extensive experience leading and influencing cross-functional deal teams.
- Multi-Lingual (German, French or Italian preferred)
