KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Contribute to our sales efforts in North America, helping to develop and shape our sales strategy, prospecting efforts, and drive the negotiations and customer closure for strategic, large, complex or highly competitive deals.
- Act as a trusted advisor to the global leadership team.
- Contribute to developing Reactive Reality’s value proposition and solutions.
- Drive revenue growth and platform adoption.
- Closely collaborate with key stakeholders across the organization, including our global sales team, and related regional and global stakeholders (Service Teams, Finance, Legal, etc.).
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Exhibit excellent judgment in business and people matters.

- Thinks strategically, but stays on top of tactical execution.

- Dive deep on important drivers and details of the business.

- Strong network in Fashion Industry
Bachelor degree minimum, preferably in Computer Science, Business or related field; Masters’ Degree or further education will be advantageous.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
You should also be a self-starter demonstrating the ability to think strategically and analytically about sales, business, product, and technical challenges with the ability to build and convey compelling value propositions and work cross-organizationally to build alignment. In addition, this Account Executive ideally possesses:
- Past success in negotiating and closing large, complex software deals.
- Strong experience in developing complex solutions with C-suite customers
- Understanding of the technology (AR/VR) ecosystem.
- Extensive experience leading and influencing cross-functional deal teams.
