To ensure all accounting entries within the inidivdual’s area of control (i.e. project, contract, service line) are recorded in an accurate and timely manner. This involves the provision of timely reporting of financial data internally to business stakeholders.
- Responsibility for ensuring the team have prepared all accounting entries accurately and in line

with corporate deadlines
- Ensure results are accurately reported and analysed
- Effective management of a small accounting team
- Providing analysis of bill and cost rates, and margins to manage profitability as required
- Preparation and annual plan and quarterly reforecast
- Responsibility for compliance with Financial management Framework within the individual’s sphere

of control
- Responsibility for ensuring that the balance sheet areas are appropriately

reconciled, analysed and controlled by the team
- Liaising with external, internal and client auditors
- Reporting of financial performance to Business Management team and finance manager
- Linkage with Business Manager and contracts administrator regarding any contractural aspects
- Execution of various ad hoc financial analysis and tasks as and when required

Habilidades / Cualificación:

- Contador Auditior/Ingeniero Comercial or equivalent- 10 years + accounting experience
- Proficent user of excel
- People supervision experience and skills
- Good at using ERP and other IT systems (SAP, Hyperion)
- Personal attributes:

- Ability to form and maintain strong working relationships
- Good people skills and ability to develop team
- Customer focussed - internally and externally
- Ability to dsicuss issues clearly and concisely at all levels within the organisation
