Technical Recruiter/Sourcer (Contract Talent)

LOCATION

SAN RAMON

Robert Half is seeking a Technical Recruiter/Sourcer on an open-ended contract basis who will act as a Recruiting Business Partner to Corporate Services organization. The Recruiter recruits for regular exempt and non-exempt positions and contract/temporary workforce for Corporate Services or other organizations at Robert Half International, Inc. This includes orchestrating and driving the full cycle recruiting process from open requisition through the offer process. Special projects as assigned.

Specific Responsibilities:

- Responsible for full cycle recruiting of business support / professional specialist positions in Corporate Services.
- Conduct initial strategy meeting, phone screens, interviews, reference checks, and manage the offer process.
- Act as recruiting business partner with clients and field office contacts.
- Establish and develop management and field office relationships.
- Responsible for partnering with business units to ensure recruiting and talent acquisition processes supports business unit talent needs.
- Perform cross-functional team-work with other HR departments with the ability to recognize when to escalate situations to appropriate department (HRBP’s/Comp/Awareness Programs, etc).
- Actively participate and support Corporate Recruiting team in understanding and promoting RHI’s diversity and inclusion initiatives.
- Knowledge of recruiting systems/processes.
- Comply with Applicant Tracking requirements within department.
- Explore, recommend and develop recruiting process efficiencies.
- Develop sourcing strategy and networking relationships with professional forums to source and identify top talent.
- Plan, participate, and organize recruiting events such as job fairs, open houses and street fairs.
- Other assignments as identified.

Qualifications:

- BA/BS Degree or equivalent experience required.
- Recruiting skills and courses, HRIS systems, or applicant tracking database experience required.
- 2+ years of recruiting or related business development/client relationship experience.
- Recruiting experience for either General and Technical positions.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ATS systems a plus.
- Experience in multiple sourcing techniques specifically professional association and Internet sourcing.
- Knowledge of Human Resource management practices, Federal and State Employment laws.
- Friendly and tactful, (job is exposed to highly confidential information).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Initiative, follow-up, decision making, problem solving and conflict management skills.
- Demonstrated skills in building and maintaining relationships.
