We are currently seeking a driven and detail-oriented Healthcare Recruiter to join our team. This is a fully remote position offering a unique opportunity for growth, excellent earning potential, and flexibility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Candidate Sourcing:

    • Identify and source qualified healthcare professionals for open positions using various platforms, tools, and methods.
    • Conduct thorough candidate screenings to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
    • Manage a pipeline of active and passive candidates.

  • Client Collaboration:

    • Understand client needs and job requirements to effectively match candidates.
    • Communicate regularly with clients regarding candidate progress, updates, and feedback.

  • Candidate Engagement & Relationship Building:

    • Build strong relationships with candidates, guiding them through the hiring process.
    • Provide timely updates and ensure a positive candidate experience.

  • Process Management:

    • Track and manage recruitment activities in our CRM system.
    • Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Language Skills:

    • Must have excellent written and oral English communication skills.

  • Technical Requirements:

    • Must have access to a reliable computer/laptop and phone service.
    • A stable internet connection suitable for video meetings and online recruitment tasks.

  • Work Schedule:

    • Must be available to work full-time, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Eastern Time, with a one-hour lunch break.

  • Meeting Participation:

    • Must be able to participate in weekly Zoom meetings with the team.

  • Other:

    • A proactive, results-driven attitude with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
    • Prior experience in recruiting or sales is preferred but not required.
    • Familiarity with healthcare recruitment is a strong plus.
