Durante los últimos dos años los equipos de nuestra región en LATAM han estado trabajando incansablemente en el proceso de transformación que llevará a la empresa al siguiente nível. En Finanzas no nos quedamos atrás y es justamente por eso que nos encontramos buscando el rol de Finance for IT and Transformation Lead el cual tendrá por objetivo brindar el soporte financiero necesario para llevar a EFX LATAM a un nuevo y mejor estadio.

**¿Cuáles son las funciones?**:

- Responsable del análisis de gastos CAPEX/OPEX/HC(FTE/CTE) para el área de tecnología y transformación.
- Encargado de la generación y consolidación de los presupuestos y forecasts de gastos CAPEX/OPEX/HC(FTE/CTE) para tecnología y transformación, coordinando con los CTOs de las diferentes unidades de negocio de LATAM así como también con los líderes de los diferentes WS de la transformación.
- Responsable de los análisis de variación (Actuales vs. Budget y Actuales vs. FCST) de forma mensual.
- Encargado del proceso de reporting mensual al área de Finanzas LATAM, Internacional así como también a Corporate IT Finance.
- Trabajar en iniciativas de optimización de gastos para el área de tecnología y transformación con foco en iniciativas como: onshoring/offshoring, indicadores de eficiencia, diseño de KPIs.

**¿Cuáles son los requisitos?**:

- 5 años de experiência en áreas de tecnología y/o finanzas para tecnología (FinOps) - no excluyente.
- Manejo de Excel/Google Sheets avanzado.
- Manejo de Opex, Capex, provisiones y análisis de estado de resultados (+de 5años).
- Inglés avanzado.
