Mainstream has raised more than €1.8bn in project finance to date and employs 200 staff across four continents. **Summary of Role**: Mainstream Renewable Power is looking to hire Health and Safety Manager for LATAM, depending directly of SHEQ Manager LATAM. The rol considers the implementation of corporate standars, ensure to the regulatory framework, and promove the safety culture in Mainstream for all projects of the region. The position will manage the HS team of construction and operation for LATAM. **What you will do?** A key feature of this function will be implement safety standards and promove the health development in our teams. - Ensure compliance of the safety regulatory aspects in the company. - Ensure all information required by authority is properly submitted. - Promove the safety culture into the organization. - Create, implement and promove the safety and health policies in MRP. - Promove the increase of reportability standards and data analysis - Promove the development of new procedures, policies or standards for promove the safety in projects. - Manage the safety communication program for LATAM. - Equally important, internal collaboration and the ability to work cross-functionally with all departments will be required. **What we require?** - Professional in the health and safety area with studies associated with the area. - More than 10 years of experience working in health and safety. - Experience as leadership role. - Knowledge and experience in the electrical or mining industry in corporate or similars positions. - Proven experience in relationships with health authorities and stakeholders. - Advanced communications skills, especially in interaction with internal and external stakeholders. - Advanced English is required for the position. **What we offer?** We offer you the opportunity to work in a dynamic and entrepreneurial organization, a diverse workplace with regards to gender, age and cultural background in a growing market in a fast-paced industry.
