**What are we looking for?**
We are looking for an **H&S Analyst (Contractor)** based in **Santiago - Chile.**the role will Contribute to a safe, compliant, and healthy office environment by supporting Health & Safety initiatives across all office operations. The H&S Analyst is responsible for identifying risks, implementing preventive measures, and coordinating with internal teams—particularly People & Comms —to promote employee well-being and a strong culture of safety in administrative settings
**What challenges will you face?**
- Support the development, implementation, and monitoring of H&S policies and procedures for office environments.
- Conduct risk assessments, workplace inspections, and ergonomic evaluations in office settings.
- Coordinate and deliver training on office safety, emergency preparedness, ergonomics, and wellness.
- Record, monitor, and follow up on incidents, near misses, and corrective actions.
- Act as the first point of contact for office-related H&S queries, ensuring smooth communication with employees and managers.
- Partner with the People team to roll out wellness initiatives, health campaigns, and awareness programs.
- Prepare reports and maintain H&S documentation, providing metrics and insights to management.
- Assist during internal and external H&S audits.
- Stay current with regulations and best practices for administrative and office work environments
**What specific knowledge do you need?**- 2-3 years of experience in Health & Safety, preferably in office or administrative environments.- Knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations applicable to office work.- Experience in training and awareness activities related to H&S and wellness.
