El team de Estrategia Corporativa perteneciente a la Gerencia de Finanzas está buscando a su próximo/a Strategy Planning Lead, para marcar la diferencia en nuestros equipos. Si te consideras disruptivo y valiente, Prepárate porque esto se pone bueno.

**Tus principales desafíos serán**:

- Planificación Estratégica: Liderar y facilitar el proceso de planificación estratégica de la empresa.
- Establecimiento y seguimiento de OKRs: Apoyar la definición de objetivos estratégicos alineados con la visión y misión de la empresa y gestionar indicadores clave para hacer seguimiento a la implementación de la estrategia.
- Gestión de Iniciativas Estratégicas: Trabajar con los distintos equipos de la compañía para definir planes de acción, roadmaps, y asignación de recursos, asegurando su alineación y colaboración para lograr los objetivos estratégicos.
- Liderazgo del Programa de Ejecución de Estrategia (S2A): Planificar y liderar las dinámicas del programa de ejecución de estrategia de principio a fin.
- Comunicación de la Estrategia: Comunicar la estrategia definida a todos los níveles de la compañía, detallando objetivos, metas, hitos y su cumplimiento. REQUISITOS Estudios mínimos: Universitaria Carreras: Requisitos Minimos: -Haber estudiado Ingeniero Civil Industrial, Ingeniero Comercial, o carrera afín.
- Tener 3 años de experiência en roles de estrategia, planificación, consultoría o control de gestión.
- Tener conocimiento de diferentes metodologías de planificación y ejecución de estrategia.
- Poseer habilidades de comunicación y presentación, para transmitir ideas complejas de forma concisa.
- Manejo de Excel y Powerpoint.
