**Description**:
As the Chile FP&A Business Partner, you'll be responsible for leading the FP&A Team and our Financial Forecasting processes, allowing us to identify opportunities & risks for the business, and setting the baseline for both exceptional accuracy and excellence. You will be able to solve problems in creative ways, evaluate context and make autonomous decisions, and lead projects, from idea to execution and tracking.

**What you'll do**:

- Lead Sumup Chile's Financial Forecasting process, coordinating communications with key stakeholders and making sure that both local and global deadlines are met.
- Prepare internal reports and weekly/monthly presentations for the executive leadership of the company and support their decision-making
- Support with financial analysis for new products to be launched (pricing strategy definition, sales forecast, contribution margin estimations)
- Provide insights and financial context to other teams to allow data-driven decisions and estimate the impact of their projects/initiatives
- Lead process improvement and automation projects working with external providers and other teams within SumUp
- Lead Sumup Chile's reporting and presentations to the Global FP&A Team
- Map out growth plans, generate financial rolling forecasts, propose opportunities & identify risks for the company to grow and improve it's value proposition
- Lead Finance provision deliverables for accounting closing, making sure deadlines are met while achieving high provision accuracy
- Ensure compliance with profitability targets and capital allocation agreements
- Lead Chile's FP&A Team and develop a solid backbone to support upcoming business growth

**You'll be great for this position if**:

- You are fluent in English, both written and spoken
- You have had 4+ years of experience in FP&A and leading FP&A teams
- You are very organized and love paying attention to small details for a flawless execution
- You are an Excel expert and have advanced SQL skills
- Being a highly motivated team player, hands-on, focused and striving to learn and improve your skills
- Ability to articulate and be a good communicator, so you can efficiently guide your team
- Thrive in a constantly changing environment, proactive and enthusiastic
- You are flexible and like to solve problems creatively
- You can successfully manage and deliver multiple projects and work streams in parallel
- You are a self starter and able to work effectively in an individual or in a team setting
