Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization
Contribute to the achievements of Store KPI targets providing a memorable experience for the customers and living the Brand Values. Support the team leading and store operations as a third in charge and manage the team assigned. Bring expertise and experience to serve and sell to customers and achieve operational excellence, flawlessly execute store operations when responsible for product flow to and from sales floor, stockroom and/or cashier procedures.- Key Responsabilities
- Be the third in charge of People, Sales, and Operations, fulfilling the role of manager in charge when Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager are absent.
- Collaborate with the achievement of store´s KPIs such as CR (Conversion Rate), ATV (Average Transaction Value), ASP (Average Selling Price), UPT (Unit Per Transaction), traffic, Standard Margin, NPS (Net Promoter Score) and ensures team are aware of them, how they contribute and makes suggestions of necessary adjustments to drive productivity and efficiency at the service and sales floor level.
- Lead, motivate, and develop the assigned team, and supports the recruitment and training of other team members to give the team the necessary tools to perform and achieve the store´s goals ensuring employees engagement, productivity and highperformance.
- Actively supervise and coordinate team to ensure all customers receive the highest level of service and act as resource for Senior and Store Professionals, in dealing with complex customer service situations and coordinate operation routines.
- Be a role model in customer service, increasing sales and brand experience through advanced sales techniques and the use of elements of the adidas customer service model ensuring their loyalty.
- Supervise and give support in the different tasks of the store (e.g. cashier, stockroom, sales), executing them together with the team if necessary.
- Supervise and execute cash operations (including returns, refunds and exchanges, closings of the day, cash handling) if necessary.
- Supervise and execute stockroom operations (receipt of merchandise, cyclical execution, compliance with warehouse standards, among others) if necessary.
- Include responsibilities of In Store Coach and VM Champ and Digital Champ at the level of supervision, supports and execution if necessary.
- Record performance data of their area (e.g. best-selling products, space layout, etc.) and makes any necessary adjustments to promote productivity and efficiency.

- Effective Communication: Capable of identifying missing conversations and their impact, develop a structured approach to deliver uncomfortable messages in a constructive way. Critical factor to enable great customer experience through storytelling as a narrative efficiency.
- Drive Execution: Translate to retail execution which will ensure that the overall brand strategy and processes is executed in retail stores, generating excellence of store operation processes.
- Team Leadership: Demonstrate coaching, mentoring, feedback, recognition, difficult conversations, having a high level of emotional intelligence and ensuring a diverse and inclusive environment which respects team individuality in retail stores.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to plan, to prepare strategies and conjure ideas that will both cope with changing environments and consider the various challenges that lie ahead.
- Problem Solving: Capacity to exert control over the environment identifying the situations, figuring out why they are broken and determining a course of action to fix them.

Qualifications and experience
- Must have a high school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- Minimun 12 months experience working in a Retail environment.
- Advanced selling experience and comprehensive product, retail and industry understanding.
- Basic numeracy, literacy, and verbal communication skills.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
