**What we're looking for**

**What you'll do**
- Serve as the point of contact for specific regions supporting our field ops team for complex vendor accounts payable inquiries and escalations with the ability to handle difficult situations with grace
- Keep internal and external stakeholders informed
- Research and resolve vendor accounts payable issues
- Enter and expedite invoices where necessary
- Collaborate with team members on various projects
- Generate ideas to streamline processes and create efficiencies
- Possess a clear understanding and interpretation of policies and controls, demonstrating financial and business acumen
- Protect organizational values through confidentiality and following company policies
- Build strategic relationships with the goal of One Vacasa to provide the best service possible
- Other tasks and projects as assigned

**Skills you'll need**
- Reliable internet connection.
- Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field or experience equivalent
- 1-3 years relevant AP or similar experience; hospitality industry highly preferred
- Work effectively both independently and as a member of the team
- Ability to analyze data for complex situations
- Strong business acumen and understanding of upstream and downstream impacts
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to interact at all levels of the organization
- Highly organized, detail oriented, and thorough
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility and responsiveness to change
- Good understanding of virtual meeting platforms (Hangouts, Slack, Zoom, Huddle)
- Proficiency with Excel and Google apps for business

**Working conditions**

Ability to work from home and resides in Chile.

You'll be working in your home office setting. We hold virtual training sessions and weekly team meeting. Occasional offsite team meetings in your region or our HQ locations. Requires frequent, repetitive use of a computer, phone, and office equipment. Requires patient, professional communication with prospective clients, and the ability to build confidence with prospects.
