**What We're Looking For**

As an Accounting Specialist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting various accounting functions within the company.

**What You'll Do**
- Record day-to-day financial transactions accurately and timely into the accounting system.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure all transactions are properly accounted for.
- Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including invoice processing, vendor payments, and customer billing.
- Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary financial information and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records and documentation for audit purposes.
- Contribute to process improvements and efficiency initiatives within the accounting department.

**The Skills You'll Need**
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and concepts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting software (NetSuite, Coupa, etc.).
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior internship or work experience in accounting or finance is a plus but not required.
- **Bilingual English / Spanish required**
