Where do you fit in?
We are looking for a Lead Cloud Operations Engineer with 10+ years of diverse experience according to the requirements below, as well as proven Team Lead experience to be responsible for the company’s Cloud infrastructure, IT Security, and automation activities, that ensures that the infrastructure supports the information systems of the company.

**As part of our team your responsibilities will be**:
Cloud Infrastructure
- Experience in Azure Cloud, planning, migrating, and managing solutions.
- Experience in Administering Azure Services: App Service, Azure SQL, Blob Storage, Key Vault, Virtual machines, Virtual Networks.
- Experience in Windows and Linux Server Systems running in Azure IaaS/PaaS environment
- Experience in SDWAN technology

Cloud Security
- Proven knowledge of MCAS/DATP Alert handling
- Knowledge and understanding of Zero Trust technology
- Experience in Azure Security Center and Azure Monitor: Network, Application, Infrastructure.
- Excellent knowledge of Federated identity systems, Multi factor authentication (Azure MFA preferred), Microsoft AD Integration with Cloud Applications/Microsoft Azure Active Directory.
- Experience in SSO, SAML & PKI

Automation
- Working knowledge of provisioning and managing Azure Infrastructure using automation - PowerShell, ARM templates, Azure Blueprints
- Architecting, developing, and deploying tools for monitoring, logging, and alerting
- Experience using Terraform to perform infrastructure as code a plus
- Ability to develop automation using Microsoft PowerShell

**You’ll need to bring**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Computer Science
- Overall 10+ years of experience in Cloud Operations
- 3+ years of experience supporting users in an enterprise environment
- 3+ years of experience with Cloud technologies, preferably Azure & Office365
- 3+ years of experience with detection and response of cyber security threats
- Ability to develop automation using Microsoft PowerShell
- Proven knowledge of networking - IP, DNS, SMTP, Backup and DR methodologies.
- Proven knowledge of Security - SAML SSO Authentication, VPN, Cloud App security, Defender ATP

**We’d be thrilled to hear that you also have**:

- Ability to communicate well, facilitate and/or challenge decisions within or across teams leading to a collaborative outcome/plan
- Ability to work independently
- Knowledge of risk assessment tools, technologies, and methods
- Understanding of ISO 27001 and NIST Cyber security framework
- Understanding of ITIL framework (Incident, Change, Demand and Release Management)
- Certifications such as ITIL, CCNA, CISSP or CISA are beneficial
- Understanding of HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) and GDPR requirements
- MCSE and similar IT certifications
- Strong business analysis and functional experience, including requirements gathering, creating/deploying solutions to end users
- Domestic and international travel may be required
- Onsite support may be required
