**The impact you will make in this role**

As a Clinical Specialist Supervisor, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

- Make the whole team achieve the sales target by providing them the clinical skills they require.
- Drive growth on strategic portfolios based on clinical advantages and normativity compliance
- Motivate the Clinical Specialist team to implement the strategies for the segment
- Contribute to increase the level of practice within our reach
- Develop & Coach to build high performance team to accelerate the growth in Priority Portfolio

**Your Skills and Expertise**

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

- MBA or Qualified Administrative Diplomate in Healthcare
- At least 5 year experience regarding Hospital Business & Administration
- Capable of leading teams and transform organizations to be effective and productive
- Ability to coordinate with and between areas such Sales Team, Marketing Team and Educational Team

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

- Project leader and KPI definition
- Cross functional leadership
- Transformational & Communication skills

**Work location**:Hybrid Eligible (Job Duties allow for some remote work but require travel**

**Travel: May include up to 20%**

**Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).**
