This position is the resource point for all communications to and from the sales force through interfacing with various departments, particularly Sales, Trade, and Finance.
- Responsible for daily business data queries regarding agreements with main partners and supply forecasts relating to customer investments and annual commercial agreements.

In addition, this position is responsible for the follow-up of the education program and keeping updated communication with clients.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and execute the preparation of main trade agreements with Key clients.
- Creation of contracts for new commercial deals.
- Follow up on Ad spend to compare with annual or quarterly targets.
- Coordinate with Finance department to assure the collection of Ad Spend for clients with trade agreements is according to standards and agreements.
- Annual calculation of the trade agreements payouts, reconciliation of Ad Spend with agencies, reception of invoices, and follow-up on invoice payment. Control of the expense and preparation of the PO to send to AP team to post in ERP.
- Build and Maintain dashboards to follow up on Ad spend by month and estimate annual spending. Analyze sales data and compare with annual targets to estimate rebate costs.
- Reconcile Rebate account in GL and explain monthly variation.
- Follow up on education program, assist in new accounts set up and training performance.
- Analyze sales results and how each key client is performing, provide comments based on company KPIs (% increase vs plan, % sell by BU, evolution market shares per agency, etc.)
- Collaborate with annual Budget Projections.
- Perform deep-dive analyses to develop recommendations and impact the decision-making of senior leadership.
- Monitor and report performance against plans to ensure that contractual, cost and schedule objectives are met.
- Ensure completeness and accuracy of monthly close data.
- Prepare required schedules for internal and external clients.
- Identify continuous improvement opportunities through automation and/or efficiency initiatives

**Requirements**:

- Experience in Finance, Admin, Planning, Controlling, or data analysis
- Flexibility and willingness to work on a wide variety of sales and supply matters.
- A well-developed understanding of business issues with the ability to understand and recommend constructive solutions to complex issues.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office-based programs: Excel expert level + Big Data management + knowledge some ERP (AX, Oracle, SAP)
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Excellent judgment and strong interpersonal skills.
- Proactive and analytical profile.
- Proven interpersonal skills and the ability to work across diverse teams of people.
- Experienced in consolidation and reporting
- Controlling abilities.
