**Job responsibilities**:

- Schedule role-specific remote and/or face-to-face panel interviews to grow our vibrant Thoughtworks community.
- Coordinate our Interviewer Readiness training program that empowers Thoughtworkers to become great interviewers.
- Maintain data hygiene and use relevant systems to reduce manual efforts where applicable.
- Supporting data collection, analysis and its communication, including the distribution of relevant insights to its internal stakeholders within recruitment.

**Job qualifications**:
**Technical Skills**:

- Advanced english.
- Know how to prioritize and make scheduling complicated interview panels look easy.
- Ability to think analytically, read data, and propose improvements.
