**About the Role**:
Support the administration of employee lifecycle by helping employees and management with any queries they might have. Help the People Operations team in the daily operations management; be the connection between other HR teams (benefits, compensation, mobility, etc), the employees and the business.
**What You'll Do**:

- Manage the complete onboarding lifecycle for new employees from offer letter to first day.
- Shape the future of the new employee onboarding experience by helping to automate and streamline the process
- Maintain and update data within our HR/Payroll System, Workday, ensuring a high degree of accuracy
- Provide a high-level of support to employees by responding to questions and escalating issues as necessary
- Manage employee files and be responsible for uploading new hire documentation
- Support the integrity of our data by running regular audits and reporting
**Basic Qualifications**:

- 2+ years Human Resource Generalist/Coordinator Experience
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- Attention to detail
- Strong customer service and administrative experience; technically savvy.
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
