ICANotes is looking to hire energetic and enthusiastic remote Software Sales Representatives to act as our customer-facing product representatives. Your role will involve developing relationships with potential customers, understanding their needs, and demonstrating how our software can address those needs. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF OUR INSIDE SALES TEAM
QUALIFICATIONS FOR OUR SOFTWARE SALES REPRESENTATIVES
You should already know how to:
- Sell - we want seasoned reps to join our team
- Handle general sales objections like “I’m busy” or “we don’t need that”
- Tailor a software demo to prospect needs
- Navigate Zoho (or a similar CRM) and other business software
- Work effectively from home
You should want to learn:
- The details of a niche product in an industry you may not know well
**Requirements**:
- 2+ years of sales experience
- 1+ year experience doing software demos
- Navigate Zoho or a similar CRM system
- 1+ year of work-from-home experience + a dedicated workspace
- A computer (with an up-to-date operating system), an extra monitor is a plus
- Headphones with microphone (for the VOIP phone)
- A hardwired internet connection
INSIDE SALES WORK SCHEDULE
This full-time software sales position works primarily from 9 am to 5 pm Pacific time, Monday - Friday.
