As a Senior Development Support Engineer, you'll be responsible for:
Collaborating with your peers from the integrations team, other product teams, and departments, when necessary
Building and supporting observability, monitoring, and alerting systems
Supporting, maintaining, migrating, and troubleshooting platform and integrations
Hiring and mentoring engineers to grow the team’s morale and resilience
Defining internal SLAs and setting up processes to maximize SLA adherence
Exercising and improving Beyond’s engineering practices such as pairing, code reviews, refactoring, collective code ownership, containers, IaC, CI/CD, and observability.
5+ years of experience with writing and supporting software in SaaS environments
Expertise in React, Python, Django, SQL
Experience with Ember is a plus
A predisposition for a fast-paced environment where we put an emphasis on delivering value for our customers, while learning, growing, and experimenting
