Key Accountabilities (List the 5-10 major areas of responsibility for role):

- Asignar y priorizar las tareas de conteo cíclico diarias entre los Operadores de Cycle Count.
- Administrar la información generada por las tareas de conteo, generar reportes, informar diferencias, resultados históricos y control de IRA.
- Identificar e implementar mejoras en los procesos de conteos que vayan directamente encaminadas en mejorar el proceso y disminuir los errores en tomas de inventario. - Brindar soporte con información de sistemas al proceso de búsqueda de faltantes, coordinar las verificaciones físicas de dichos faltantes.
- Coordinar y dirigir las verificaciones físicas de mercancía.
- Generación de reportes de monitoreo de mercancía faltante en ubicación.
- Atención inmediata a los inconsistencias de inventario (Trouble) y Faltantes de inventario (Missing Inventory)
- Ajustes manuales según indicaciones de su supervisor.
- Apoyo en labores operativas cuando se requieran.

- Capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente en diferentes asignaciones simultáneamente, siguiendo parámetro y procedimientos prestablecidos.
- Habilidad para el manejo de personal y la dirección y monitoreo de tareas orientado a resultados.

- Seguimientos a los procedimientos y a completar tareas.

- Planificación y Organización en la administración de sus tareas con calidad y en tiempo. Qualifications (Minimum required education and experience):

- Educación:

- Grado Técnico en carreras de logística o afines, Secundaria Completa.
- Experiência:

- Funcional 1 año de experiência en trabajo administrativo de operación de un Centro de Distribución.
- Herramientas TI: - MS Office: Medio (Outlook, Excel, Word) - ERP / WMS: Medio
