**The Role**:
We're seeking a creative and skilled Graphic Designer & UGC Cutter to join our dynamic team. As a Graphic Designer & UGC Cutter, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing graphics and editing user-generated content (UGC) to showcase our brand's products and customers experiences. Your expertise will help us tell compelling stories, drive engagement, and build loyalty in our community.

**Responsibilities**:

- Cut UGC ads for Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok in high quality, ensuring engaging storytelling and visual appeal
- Design static graphics for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement visual campaigns, promotions, and product launches
- Develop and maintain a consistent visual brand identity across all social media platforms
- Stay up-to-date with design trends, and social media best practices
- Meet tight deadlines and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

**Requirements**:

- ** Experience**: 5+ years of experience in UGC editing and social media graphic design
- ** Software Proficiency**:Excellent Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- ** Communication**:Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- ** Fast paced**:Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
- ** Attention to detail**:Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- ** Portfolio**:Portfolio of previous video works, showcasing your expertise in UGC editing and video production and of social media graphic design skills
