**Junior Graphic Designer**:
**Full-time, South America, Remote**

**What you'll do**:
Our client is seeking a design innovator who blends style and substance to create marketing
materials that captivate even the most discerning audiences.
You are a highly skilled and creative Graphic Designer. You have 5+ years of
experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in digital
and print media, as well as web design. Bonus points if you have experience designing
trade show booths, websites and swag.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conceptualize and create compelling visual assets for digital and print media, including one-pagers, brochures, digital and print ads, social media, proposals, and pitch deck design
- Develop and maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to brainstorm creative ideas and translate concepts into visually appealing designs.
- Build self-serve templates for use by our social media and sales teams.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design, incorporating innovative techniques to enhance our marketing efforts.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

**Requirements**:

- You have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Graphic Design, Web Design, or related field, along with 5+ years of experience working in graphic design.
- You are proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant software (Figma, Canva).
- You have experience designing for event and field marketing, including booth and swag design.
- You have experience in web design, including wireframing, website graphics
- You have experience storyboarding for video design and managing brand identity and integrity
- You have the ability to work aligned to PST business hours
