The Security Operations Identity team leads all aspects of the implementation, administration, and automation of identity services for our internal production systems. This role will partner with every team in the company to design, implement, and support our identity experience, with a focus on security, compliance, quality and craftsmanship.

**What you will be doing**
- Support and maintain identity processes across myriad internal and external tools and systems (Okta, Azure AD, SailPoint, AWS, etc.).
- Continuously monitor the health of the IAM systems. Work with peers and leadership to address issues promptly.
- Find opportunities for achieving compliance, security and process improvements across the platforms.
- Work with engineering and IT teams to deliver a robust and highly automated IAM pipeline.
- Build and maintain supporting documentation across the IAM pipeline.
- Facilitate role-based access control implementation activities across Slack services and infrastructure in support of least privilege access.
- Develop and engineer usable processes to improve / ease reporting and audit practices for highest transparency.
- Perform IAM oversight for process execution including raising critical metrics that are not healthy.
- Implement a consistent and robust change management process that increases reliability and consistency of IAM changes.

**What you should have**
- 4+ years of experience* working in a combination of identity systems, identity workflows and risk and compliance.
- Clear dedication to security process engineering, automation and operational excellence: unit/integration/data quality tests, scripts, workflows.
- Knowledge in high-level programming languages (e.g. Go, Java/Scala, Python, PHP).
- Interpersonal skills (both verbal and written). Explaining complex technical concepts to designers, support, and engineers is no problem for you.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field, or equivalent training, fellowship, or work experience.
