Reporting to: IMS Coordinator - Department: SHEQ - Job Location: Santiago, Chile - Travel Required: Only if required **Company Overview**: Mainstream is a global developer of utility scale wind and solar assets operating across Europe, the Americas, Asia and Africa. The company is focused on delivering a high quality portfolio of wind and solar assets across high-growth markets in Latin America, Africa and Asia. **Summary of the Role**: Support and maintain the implementation and continuous optimization of MRP LATAM's Integrated Management System, focusing on maintaining ISO and Company requirements in the processes associated with the scope of certifications. **What will you do?**: - Support so that the Integrated Management System (IMS) LATAM is correctly implemented and maintained, according to SHEQ LATAM policy. - Enforce compliance with Audit Procedure and Nonconformities and Improvement Actions Procedure. - Enter the findings of the result of the Internal Audit Program to the NCR form system and perform follow-up and verification. - Assist the project team in internal on-site audits. - Create or modify when appropriate (improvements or new implementations), support documents that allow standardization of the system. - Monitor compliance with the SHEQ IMS Training Plan and upload attendance records to SharePoint IMS - SHEQ. - Conduct training courses to enhance IMS LATAM awareness, including induction of new workers. - Propose and execute improvements to the current IMS to increase its effectiveness and efficiency. **What we require?** - A high standard of commitment with Safety, assuming safety as a priority value in all its task and responsibilities. (mandatory) - Engineering degree in any discipline. - 4 years of professional (general) experience. - At least 2 years of experience in Integrated Management System. - Fluency in English (written and spoken; Demonstrable certification). - At least intermediate level user of Microsoft platform programs. **Other requirements, not mandatory**: - Experience working in renewable energy projects. - Qualification as ISO 9001 - ISO 14001 - ISO 45001 auditor. - Experience in ISO 27001 implementation - Postgraduate degree or diploma in Integrated Management Systems (Safety, Occupational Health, Quality and Environment). - Desirable experience in sharepoint platform (Microsoft). **What we offer?** We offer you the opportunity to work in a dynamic and entrepreneurial organization, a diverse workplace with regards to gender, age and cultural background in a growing market in a fast-paced industry.
